Branded Content
Where brands can focus on their long-form message.
Branded content allows for brands to develop a narrative around their product, creating a richer and deeper connection between themselves and their audience. As a content creator, it’s exciting space explore, with more room for nuance and story development than a typical commercial television spot.
Associated Press / AlphaSense
As the lead editor for this branded content video our goal was to articulate the success of the platform from the users themselves. In this case study we focused on the investment firm Wendel, and told the story of how AlphaSense vastly accelerated their ability to monitor market conditions and forecasts and substantially enhanced their information source quality and quantity.
Associated Press / Pure Leaf
Pure Leaf deemed November, 2021 as NO-vember, a moment in time that encourages women to embrace the power of “no” so they can say yes to a more balanced life.
Within the No is Beautiful campaign, the AP and Pureleaf wanted to partner with poets and artists from New York and Los Angeles to spread a powerful message. That saying no, is beautiful.
I worked as the lead editor for this campaign.
Around Town
Made in partnership with Our State magazine and Leith Cars, the goal with Around Town was focus on day trips throughout North Carolina. Places where you could jump in the car and enjoy yourself for the day, all while getting insider knowledge from the folks who live in those small-towns. Fulfilling our need for exploration and experience, all while staying close to home.
With this storyline in place, we were able to emphasize the importance of having the right vehicle, while not making it feel as though it were a commercial.
Get In & Get Outside
Made in partnership with Our State magazine and Great Outdoor Provision Company, the Get In & Get Outside campaign focused on the idea that you don’t have to be an outdoor expert to get outdoors and explore local wildlife.
Meet the Maker
In this branded content series made in partnership with Our State magazine and Electricities, we wanted to focus on Makers in small towns throughout North Carolina that are dependent on local power to create their work. From Kinston to Dallas, NC all of these stories focus on the artisans, their work, and what inspires them to keep creating everyday.
